Es ist Nachts draußen sehr ruhig und somit gut zum Schlafen.

Der Zustand ist so als ob Jemand gerade gestorben ist und das Haus nun Zimmerweise vermietet wird. Sicherheitsschlüssel nur zur Haustür, nicht zu den Zimmern selbst. Türen, Fußboden und Treppe sehr laut. Wenn sich ein anderer Gast im Haus bewegt ist das nicht zu überhören. Fazit: Wenn man eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit nur zum Schlafen braucht kann man das tun.
