Location is great, you park the car and everywhere go by walk. For familes is perfect. 5 min from Julius mall, supermarket and bakery is next street, city center 15 min by walk. Also 5 min from Amazonia aquapark by car. Apartment is larg enough for 4 persons. It has private parking.
Beds could be more comfortable.

It was a separate apartment with individual entrance. There is a privat parking so that you do not need to worry about your car. The hostess was friendly and met us after 21:00.
Despite “smoking is prohibited” the room smelled like a football bar.

Private parking
Location was not the same as described in the presentation. We received the exact location only on the check-in day. The place was booked for the described location as we could walk to work but because the location was changed we needed do drive/ take a taxi
