Personale addetto molto gentile e disponibile.
La proprietá (camera da letto, bagno, cucina con divano letto e terrazzino) era adattissima per 2 persone, fornita di riscaldamento centralizzato in funzione per buona parte della giornata (non abbiamo mai avuto freddo). Discreta l'insonorizzazione. Biancheria da bagno fornita.
Il condominio é fornito di ascensore ma arriva solo al 2 piano (la proprietá é una mansarda al 3); la rampa di scale addizionale potrebbe dare qualche problema in caso di grossi bagagli o di portatori di handicap. Non é stato il nostro caso, ma lo segnalo.
Il giudizio del soggiorno é assolutamente positivo; ci sono solo 2 aspetti secondo me migliorabili:
- camera da letto e cucina hanno 2 lucernai; quello della camera non ha una vera e propria "persiana" per bloccare la luce, ma una tenda interna che non scherma la stanza dalla luce in maniera ottimale. La luce non é mai arrivata a colpirci o svegliarci, ma al mattino non é possibile tenere la stanza in un'oscuritá completa; riprendere sonno una volta svegliati per altri motivi non sempre é agevolissimo.
- il letto della camera potrebbe essere più comodo. Ci si dorme tranquillamente (l'altra persona ci ha dormito senza problemi) ma personalmente l'ho trovato un po' duro.
