Everything was good, price was very good, free parking spot, very close to supermarket and center, bed was big and comfortable, air conditioning and the owner was extremely nice.

Good location.
Since all the rooms in the house use the same solar water heating system (thermal collector) the probability of not having hot water in the end of the afternoon, night or early morning is very high. No shower head holder, the mirror in the bathroom is too high, poor soundproofing walls, the floor creaks a lot and outdated decoration.
