The room was to the rear of the property and was very quiet. It was spotlessly clean as was the shower room. The welcome received was warm, wifi was perfect and breakfast of a good quality and plentiful. Would definitely stay again. Penrith is a lovely little town.
To stay longer! I was just passing through from 1 job to the next. Would have loved to have stayed longer and explored more.

I liked the process for choosing breakfast and it was plentiful and tasty. The room was very clean and quiet. The owner was very welcoming and provided me with a lot of good local information.
The room key didn't turn very easily in the lock.

The location is close to the town centre The room was clean and comfortable
Inadequate parking which resulted in us getting a parking fine despite checking with the B&B owner. Visitors being treated like criminals (warnings about credit card deductions for stolen items) and idiots (how to secure a door by closing it).
