Excellent location: Beaulieu-sur-Mer is a charming town situated very close to the stunning Cap Ferrat peninsula, offering plenty of scenic walks, natural beaches, and nearby attractions such as villas, villages, and botanical gardens. The apartment is well connected to surrounding cities (we recommend the SUDAZUR Explore pass, which covers public transport from Monaco to Cannes). Train and bus stops, along with a large Super U supermarket, are just a two-minute walk away, and transport services run frequently. The apartment itself is very clean, and the north-facing balcony enjoys sunlight in the afternoons. We also appreciated the available beach equipment (umbrellas, towels, and a beach chair), which was a great bonus. The host is highly responsive and accommodating.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach ideal: nur wenige Schritte zum Bahnhof, ein großer Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke, zu Fuß erreichbar sind das Cap Ferrat, mehrere traumhaft schöne Strände sowie die Bushaltestelle.
Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, man spürt sofort, dass Gäste hier herzlich willkommen sind. Das Design ist sehr geschmackvoll, das Geschirr edel und hochwertig, die Renovierung hervorragend. Die Gastgeberin hat einen ausgezeichneten Geschmack und ein feines Gespür für Ästhetik, alles ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Розташування квартири просто ідеальне: за кілька кроків залізничний вокзал, великий супермаркет поруч, пішки можна дістатися до мису Сен-Жан-Кап-Ферра, кількох неймовірно красивих пляжів та автобусної зупинки.
Квартира облаштована з великою любов’ю до деталей, одразу відчувається, що гостям тут щиро раді. Дизайн дуже вишуканий, посуд дорогий та якісний, ремонт чудовий. Господиня має відмінний смак і тонке відчуття естетики, усе продумано до найдрібніших деталей. Тут справді є все необхідне.

Equipped. Owners very accommodating and welcoming. Easy access to other towns. Supermarket had an amazing stock of fresh produce if you fancy cooking in.

Very tastefully decorated and very well situated in proximity of Beaulieu’s centre. The apartment feels more like a luxury hotel suite than a mere apartment. We were all well impressed.
It’s situated very close to the train station and local beaches. Plenty of nice restaurants in the nearby marina to choose from.
Also, a very big plus is the Super U supermarket situated at the ground floor where you can find everything you can think of. The secure underground car park is also a plus.
