Location is great. Very close to heart of the city. Property owner was extremely helpful and kind
Bed linens and towels were smelling humidity. The property was cold once we first enter. Especially in the winter, it should have been warmed up before entries

Superb location. The apartment has high ceilings which is pretty rear thing available for rent in Baden Baden. Well equipped kitchen. Clean, no bugs, ants or other insects. The check in procedure is well organized can be arranged with or without meet in person. Very friendly, polite and helpful owner. The apartment has several adjustable heat radiators so it is convenient to sleep when it is cold out there and can be completely turned off when it is no need. Nice small balcony for two persons. Parkhauses 2 minutes walk.

Location was great and the flat was quite lovely
We did not like the fact that although we requested for it, the 3 beds were not made and we actually did not find a convertible sofa but just a sofa. Sheets for the extra bed for child were not available !
Owner was very difficult to reach and when reachable, very cold and always sending me back to the booking description.
She is not harassing me with a tax fee she says I should have paid but it was not clear it was not included in the price paid.
Two guys left a mattress in front of the door of the flat which made it almost inaccessible and unpleasant.
One chair was shaky and unstable. Our girl fell and is bruised. One curtain was on the floor when we arrived to it was impossible to sleep in the dark.
