It was one of 4 rooms on 2nd floor in building. Everything from coffee machine to refrigerator was on premises. Tea kettle,plates,utensils inside.
The only thing that didn’t bother us,but might be challenge for people with luggage is absence of elevator.

Well equipped, clean comfortable accommodation - the supplies of snacks & drinks to buy were a great help (and really well priced) as we'd arrived late. Good comms and friendly helpful staff.
The area was a little run down and 'lively' at night which could be unnerving for some but actually the guys outside near the property were really helpful. I should have checked the access better as I'm recovering from a back injury and after the walk from the station found the long flights of narrow stairs a struggle to get our suitcases up.

Sara, Davide and the ladies from housekeeping were always friendly and nice to deal with.
And walking distance to main train station.
The TV wasn't working properly.
The photos of the property are misleading as there are showing some tables from a dining room, despite that breakfast is NOT included.
