Fantastic location - aside from the fact it is on the 2nd floor (up two flights of stairs), it is probably the most convenient property in Looe - a flat 5 - 10 minute walk into town and overlooking a pub The view is amazing - we spent a lot of time just looking out over the river from the lounge
The pub below has live music several days of the week - the noise is quite intrusive however they stop by 8 pm The parking space is quite narrow - definitely would not fit a ferrari and I dont think I would get my BMW 4 series in so if you have multiple cars - take the narrowest We had problems with the shower but the owners have promised to replace it

Beautiful property, very well maintained and equipped. Stunning view. Great location and free parking!

The apartment was very tastefully decorated with a great kitchen area and a super shower. The location is perfect for nipping into town and the views of the estuary are superb. It was also private and quiet at night.
