It is big and comfortable- like visiting an elderly relatives house.
I use a blue badge and parking outside the property was not always available despite an apparent arrangement with the neighbours.

It was well equipped and had a nice homely feel to it. The table football in the children's room at the top was a nice surprise and well used.
Some of the decor is a bit tatty. The beds could be firmer for a better night's sleep.

Location is perfect. 5 mins walk to the beach. Less to the shop and cafe etc.
large house, great for 2 families or 1 large one.
Garden, whilst small, works to sit outside and have an early morning cuppa or to relax after a day out.
Lots of cooking utensils, great stocked kitchen so you can easily cook lovely dinners.
Bedrooms are good sizes. Most come with sinks so having 2 bathrooms isn’t much of an issue if it’s a full house.
I love the charm of the house; however the decor and overall condition might not be for everyone.
The new sofas are comfy.
Lots of chairs dotted about so you can all sit around the table albeit a snug fit.
If you had young children the fact the curtains aren’t lined could cause some early morning. The single bedroom blind is great, along with the twin. But the double beds aren’t quite as good.
Having to bring towels is a pain. Beach towels yes but bath towels is annoying when you are traveling by car as they take up so much room.
The downstairs windows are bolted shut. I understand why from a security perspective but when it’s warm the only breeze available is via the conservatory and often that doesn’t reach to the living room. It can then become too cold in the kitchen/dining room but stuffy in the living room.
The fitted sheets on the twin beds don’t fit. The mattress is too deep for the sheet so it keeps popping off on the edges.
Parking is an issue and a number of times people parked in our spot and parking in the other street isn’t easy as that’s becoming full too.
Most of the time there are cars parked on both sides of the street. The space for the house is minimal, so Parallel parking was tricky at times.

Great location, lovely house which worked great for 5 kids, 2 adults and a dog. Over 3 floors the kids had plenty of room. WIFI stood up to the challenge of phones, tablets and laptops.
Lots and lots of utensils, pots and pans which was great.
The house is a little tired and could do with some upgrading here and there however it certainly didn’t impact our stay.
