Schimmel in einigen Ecken des Apartment. Nicht genügend Geschirr und Besteck, um die vorhandene Spülmaschine optimal zu bestücken. In der Küche haben sich die Zierleisten zwischen Boden und Küchenzeile, beim Öffnen der Spülmaschine gelöst.

Gute Lage, Zentrumsnah. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar.
Leider war das Wasser, und die Heizung am letzten Tag kalt.

Die Lage war gut, nah am Hafen und an den Gaststätten und Geschäften und der Fußgängerzone. Festgestellte Mängel wurden bald behoben.
Die Terrassenmöbel und die Außenausstattung sind in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Liege ist beim Drauflegen zusammengebrochen. Die Leuchtmittel in der Esstischlampe waren unterschiedlich und eine kaputt, ging aber gut auszutauschen. Leider gab es keine Mikrowelle. Für den Geschirrspüler war zu wenig Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden. Das Kutterfest war leider mit sehr lauter Technomusik hinterlegt die bis 2.00 Uhr nachts ging und schlafen unmöglich machte!
