Lovely big bedrooms, very responsive hosts, clean apartment, comfortable beds
The only problem was the couch wasn’t very comfortable

The location and the flat itself was perfect for us. Had all we needed for our stay
The lift in the building was broken and that meant that my 77 year old mother in law had to climb 4 flights of stairs which was incredibly difficult and spoilt the stay a little

The location is great, near to lots of transport, Kew gardens and local facilities. The flat is spacious, clean and quiet. There is very secure parking on site. Ideal for our requirements, we would stay again.
Nothing - the owner was quick to address any questions or issues.
However a mirror close to a plug socket for hair drying would be useful.

The property was good but before we arrived they changed the location we selected to another one near a highway which was very noisy
