The location is very central
There was no cleaning service for all the time that we stayed at the apartment, 10 nights.
We contacted the guy about problem in the shower ,he got it but didn't send someone to fix it.
If you call your service luxury you should act like luxury.

Great location, reasonably equipped appartement, good sound isolation, parking in the courtyard is a plus.

The location was really good and central. The host's response was quick and friendly.
The furniture in the living room was stained. The sheets on the beds, which had come from the laundry, were bloodstained, but they were changed when requested. The carpets in the bedrooms were dusty. Vacuuming was only done near the bed.

The location is great.
Clear instructions to access the apartment from the owner.
Nice bathroom.
On the arrival, we discovered the dishwasher was full of dirty, smelly dishes and it was not functioning when we tried it on.
There was dust on the cupboards and cobwebs in the kitchen area.
Broken and glued night stand lamp.
There were someone's polo shirts and mattresses and other stuff in the wardrobe not allowing you to hang your stuff.
The iron was black with burns on it and the hair dryer wasn't working.
The carpet in the living room covered with stains.
General feeling was that the place would do with a proper clean.
