The hosts were extremely efficient and responsive. The view from the property was stunning and the property size and location 100% perfect.
Unfortunately - and this is beyond the control of the hosts - but there was renovation work being carried out next door, drilling and banging from before 9am to 4pm during the week. I had booked the property for a working holiday for my husband and I whilst our daughter looked for work on her second yacht season and it made this very difficult. There could have been more cooking equipment, felt that was quite lacking if we had wanted to cook more. Bedroom is very dark as no windows. The property directly above the lounge area where the sofa bed is has very squeaky floors and whoever was staying there at the same time as us walked around alot at around 10pm and first thing in the morning which did actually disturb us. Also note that we were in Diamonds which does not have a terrace, this was unclear in the description on booking.com as not all apartments have the terraces in the pictures.

Triple aspect views and ability to sit outside and see the sea. Closeness to the seaside and old town. Large and spacious bedroom and downstairs. Duplex made it feel spacious. Quiet. Host helpful and responsive eg when we asked for extra blankets.
Toilet door scrapes on the floor and makes a noise which given it’s by the bedroom wakes you up. Tin opener didn’t work. A few more bowls and plates would be good. A bit dusty in places, outdoor furniture needs a good clean, and bookshelves.

Great location in the heart of old Antibes town, yet quiet in the night. Communication with the host was good. The apartment was nicely decorated
The apartment had a bad smell of humidity that didn’t go away even after we left the windows open while we were in the apartment and it was very dusty. The toilet had no ventilation system that was very uncomfortable. There were not enough bathroom amenities; we ran out already in the second day and had to buy our own.
