Location is super.
Gates were locked on arrival and nobody was there.Eventually the owners arrived and let us in.
Of course we were unexpected as we had booked late.Did not receive the room advertised on you site.Did not receive breakfast.Had to pay cash which again was fortunate that I had enough with me.

The view was spectacular!
There was no one there to greet us. We had to wait 20 mins until they showed up. There was a lovely lady, who lived in the downstairs apt., called them for us as our phones did not work in Italy.
There were two dogs in the owners apartment below that barked constantly and a German Shepard in a fenced in area on one half of the property.
There was a strange urine like smell in the hallway to get to the rooms but once in the room there was no smell.
