Location excellent. Lovely big room with balcony with good view of the square and hills behind. Big comfy bed with crisp white cotton sheets. Good powerful shower & big fluffy white towels.

The toilet seat was wrong size for the toilet and had 2 cracks in it. Very off putting. Something which could be remedied so easily and cheaply. Couldn’t see any smoke detector in the room or corridor outside - concerning.

Clean room, with all you need, central location

It was right in the city center which made it super convenient, plus the beautiful balcony view from the apartment made it super enjoyable to wake up too everyday !

The breakfast is very limited, not many choice.

Awesome location, right in the centre of the old town with lots of shops, restaurants, etc. nearby. The rooms are managed by the downstairs Caffè Nazionale, where you do the check-in and check-out. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are converted residential units, divided into smaller rooms and set up like a standard hotel room, so you get a bedroom and a bathroom. You get a nice view of the town square and the surrounding hills. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet at night. There is a comically small lift that you can take, just enough to fit two people with smaller luggage. A small breakfast is included with coffee, juice and a croissant or brioche, which was tasty. You can park your car nearby on the main road or one of the paid parking near the harbor. Overall it was an okay stay for the price and for one night.

Our room was a little run down and could do with some maintenance, also it wasn't particularly "nice" or cozy. While it was generally clean, our duvet had some unsightly stains on it. The rooms also didn't have a dedicated key, i.e. they use the universal inner door/bathroom keys without any security pins, so technically anyone with that type of key could enter the room.
