Starting from the welcome, the host makes us feel like home. The building is located in a quite environment, perfect if you are looking for relax, but it is not far from cities that you want to visit.
The property is clean and also with kitchen facilities, breakfast is amazing salty and sweet, home made cakes and jam. Family with kids would love this, they have a pony, chicken and other farms animals. I had scrambled egg as breakfast, of course the eggs were coming directly from the farm, cannot have it fresher than this.
Place to go back again and again, just love it.

The breakfast was very tasty (everything home made and the owner changed every day the menu). The owner was very helpful and welcoming!
For children, there are animals in the garden (goats, hens, ducks, birds, small horses etc...).
The location is great in the Umbria's region, close to several villages (Narni, Assisi...).
