Breakfast was just what I wanted. Room and location for me were perfect. Ivan and his wife were PERFECT hosts. Price was an excellent value. Low heat was turned on a night without request. The properties gardens were BEAUTIFUL. The location offered splendid views over the Sieve River Valley. For me Pino del Capitano was PERFECT. As I write my pictures are not downloaded but I can assure the visitor that he/she will not be disappointed with the house and grounds.
For me Pino del Capitano was simply perfect. However, I am not the usual foreign customer. I am a fluent Italian speaker and don't like to eat much for breakfast. My hosts don't speak English. Breakfast was limited to caffe, caffe-latte, and pastries. Anyone wanting bacon and eggs will be disappointed.

Loved the area and the lovely comfortable and relaxing stay in Pino del Capitano. Ivan and Beatrice were super hosts, so kind and helpful.

Great location, the house is beautiful.
The host were very nice and we had a great chat in the morning for breakfast (which was very good and plentiful)
The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's rest.
We really recommend this B&B!
