About this house rental
On the ground floor, Casa Gnigni has a kitchen with fireplace, 1 bedroom with double sofa bed and TV and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a second bedroom with a double bed. Outside a garden of over 300 square meters with fruit trees and olive trees. The ground floor room has a glass door that looks directly under a pergola and where, on a tuff floor, there is a wonderful mosaic table and a stone barbecue. The house is very welcoming, it is located in a suggestive position with view of the medieval village of Sovana. In addition to the beautiful garden, around there are vineyards, olive groves and green hills as far as the eye can see throughout the house and outside space. The barbecue is ideal for grilling, under the pergola you can eat or spend your free time in absolute relaxation, under the fruit trees you can stop and enjoy the cool during the summer months. Casa Gnigni has a kitchen with a fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed / sofa and a TV and a bathroom with shower, all on the ground floor. On the second floor there is another bedroom with a double bed. Outside there is 300 square meters garden, which surround the ground floor, where you can enter the bedroom through the window. Premetto che siamo amanti e ampliamente frequentatoridella zona ma avevamo bisogno, anche se per un breve periodo, di permanere sul posto ed avere relax e quiete. L'annuncio di questa offerta è sembrato allettante e, una volta sul posto, non siamo rimasti delusi. I proprietari sono attenti nella comunicazione ma mai peccare di invadenza e quanto da loro premesso, ripeto, è stato mantenuto. Il posto è situato tra colline boscose e campi/viti animate da lepri ed altri animali tipici della zona. La casa, è accogliente ed offre tutti i servizi di una tipica casa di campagna, quindi, adatta esclusivamente a chi ama questo modo di vivere. Pulita attrezzata e soprattutto silenziosa! Facile da raggiungere, si trova in un luogo strategico per chi volesse, oltre a dedicarsi al relax, visitare i vicini borghi o al trekking e alla visita dei siti Etruschi. I vicini di casa, abitanti di un paio di case adiacenti ma opportunamente distanti da tutelare la privacy, sono persone gentili e molto riservate,, ma disponibili a dare consigli su dove andare a mangiare un buon boccone tra i tanti posti del luogo o dove comprare del buon olio. Spero di ritornare
