Eigentlich alles.

Breakfast was excellent, with a charming and happy hostess! The ski bus stopped directly in front of the hotel
Upfront, they promised rooms next to each other (or very close to each other), but the rooms were far apart, and they were not willing to do to anything about it (they didn't seem to care, as I was traveling as a single parent with young kids).
Also, the shower didn't work in 1 room. So only the crane for the bathtub worked, for them this seemed normal and fair. This was noticed before in the reviews (I see now), so it's a long-running problem that they don't seem to want to solve.
