Sunnyhouse

The apartment was bright, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was large and cozy, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and there were two lovely balconies. There were more than enough towels provided, as well as extra blankets for colder evenings. The host was very kind and welcoming — she greeted us personally and gave us useful local recommendations. The location was also great, only about a 10-minute walk to the promenade. We really enjoyed staying here, having breakfast on the balcony, and relaxing during our trip.

The location was perfect for exploring Santa Margherita. The apartment was very roomy and spacious, and both bedrooms were comfortable. Lots of outside space.

Shower doors did not close perfectly, but not a problem with the bath mat and having a tumble dryer.

We had a wonderful weekend at this Propery. Fantastic location - lots of restaurants and a supermarket over the road. Wow - the view from our room was stunning. Our room had a separate bedroom and well equipped kitchen. Bigger than I was expecting. Rita was a great host who met us on arrival to give us the keys and show us around. We had also booked their private car parking space, for an additional fee, which was just around the corner. It was very secure and plenty of room to store bikes. We will bring these on our next trip! The water ferries to Portofino and San Fruttuoso (my favourite spot for lunch & swimming) run frequently.

Very nicely appointed modern comfortable airy apartment. Lovely balcony with view over rooftops. Great location very close to bars restaurants and supermarket across road. Walking distance to train station and seafront. Very prompt response from host
