Locație excelentă, la 10 minute de mers pe jos de centru, aproape de cam tot ce ai nevoie. Căldură bună în toate camerele, comunicare bună și promptă cu proprietarul.
Mobila veche (are nevoie de reparații) și are putea fi puțin mai curat. Raport calitate-preț este în regulă, dacă pretențiile nu sunt ridicate.

Very spacious, clean, charming apartment in the city center. Close walking distance to all major attractions. Grocery stores are nearby. Beautiful kitchen with a big dining table. Washing machine is there, which is very convenient. Parking is on the street, paid, but easy and not much expensive. Overall we had a great stay. Szeged is a beautiful town. We liked it the best in our Hungary trip. Thank you very much for the hospitality!

The location was good. Paid parking in front of the building.
The furniture is very old and needs to be changed. The apartment was a little unclean, and the bathroom as well! The door need some improvements as we only could lock an outer door grille. The wallpapper should be replaced because it is broken!

Jó helyen van, belváros szélén, jó közlekedéssel, de drága utcai parkolással (650 HUF/óra). Három hálószoba miatt tágas, és jól szeparált, ideális tinédzser gyerekekkel.
Tisztaság nem tökéletes, a lakás általános állapota idejétmúlt. Konyhában nem működik a fűtés, izzók kiégve, főzőlapot sokáig kell nyomkodni, hogy beinduljon. Tele lehangoló apró hibákkal, amit minimál pénzből, kis odafigyeléssel meg lehetne oldani. A bejárati ajtót kívülről nem lehet bezárni, csak a fém rácsot, szóval ha nem vagy otthon, bárki kinyithatja az ajtót és benézhet a rácson keresztül az előtérbe(?!).
