Tutto, eccezionale, 3 arie, 2 balconi e una grandissima terrazza ad angolo, tutti con forti luci notturne, il tavolo ed il lavello esterni, lo sdraio ed il lettino in terrazza, le sedie sui balconi.
Gli arredi interni, le scale comode ed elegantemente illuminate, il giardino.
La luminosità, la posizione a 2 passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia, autobus comodo nella via adiacente.

De locatie is top, vlakbij het strand en ook vlakbij het centrum. Toch is het er erg rustig. Gianluca is een goede gastheer. Hij heeft ons alles uitgelegd en ook enkele tips voor lokale restaurants gegeven. We mochten ook de twee fietsen gebruiken die beneden in de tuin staan.
Het is een ruim appartement met drie terrassen. Dus altijd wel een plekje in de zon of schaduw te vinden.
De keuken is volledig uitgerust (inclusief wijnglazen nu). Maar als je van plan bent om er te koken, moet je wel alle ingrediënten meebrengen of gaan kopen. Er is geen olie, peper of zout. Noch capsules voor de vaatwasser. We zijn dus altijd op restaurant geweest :-)

The location is close to everything. It also has a small pool in the back and the outdoor kitchen with a stove was awesome.
