Apartment Franić

We really liked this apartment! Just 2 minutes from the sea, with a nice café nearby. The building is clean, and everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. We stayed for 4 days, but it would be easy to live here for weeks! Also, I’d like to thank the staff separately — very responsive and polite.

The only small drawback is that the exit to the road is not very convenient, but this has nothing to do with the owners.

Good location out of the hustle and bustle. Easy access to town as bus stop right outside . Easily get to lots of different amazing beaches. Shop and restaurant moments away. GREAT host

The road to the Center of town is very very busy and can take between 15 minutes to one hour to get into town.

Було написано берегова лінія але це ніяка не берегова лінія.Переходити потрібно було з дітьми через дорогу де навіть немає пішохідного переходу і не завжди зупинялися авто, до магазину потрібно було дійти по дуже вузькому тротуару я б навіть сказала що там і немає тротуару 🙈

The apartment is decent size, has a kitchen, a washing machine and a terrace and even place to do BBQ. There is also an AC and the room/bathroom was fairly clean. There is also free parking close-by but you have to walk a bit to get to.

We did not like the smell of the apartment: there was an underlying smell from cigarettes that is probably there since a long time. I do not know why and I do not know how, but they need to deal with it as it will affect a lot of people's visit. Our clothes and hair smelled really bad after we left. Also, the location of the apartment is close to the beach, but on a street that is quite busy at times and tricky to cross or walk: there is no pavement and you have to walk in the street on a curve with minimum visibility of cars.
