The location was nice, and we had a wonderfull sea-view
The bad was pritty narrow for two persons, and it could be more comfortable

First of all, I want to thank the host of the house, as she helped us get to the apartment. Nancy was very responsive and answered all our questions, including how to get to the beach, the grocery store, cafés, and more. Whenever we needed something extra, it was taken care of easily and quickly.
The property is well maintained, with nice relaxation areas, and our room was cleaned daily. Our apartment was on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the sea, so we could enjoy a beautiful view :)
It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach, where you can relax for free with your own towel and umbrella. The sea is incredibly clean, with a sandy beach.
In short, the hosts are very friendly, the apartment is clean and fully equipped, the sea is crystal clear, and it’s about a 10-minute walk to the town center with plenty of cafés, most of which serve delicious food. So I can recommend this place :)

Great location, beautiful sands and water, virgin land so we rested well
The shower cabin was too short and my husband hit his head very badly.

Everything about Mario’s House is amazing! First I’ll start with the lovely owners - Nancy and Mario. Nancy is the woman who takes care about everything, she welcomed us, she was always available for questions (if we had any), I even asked her for safety needle and she gave me 4, which was really nice of her. Also she told us many beaches, town, villages, restaurants to visit and what to do, what to see, which helped us a lot, during our holiday. Second the rooms are being cleaned Every single day, the towels are being changed every second day and the bed sheets are being changed every third day - it’s basically a hotel! And I’m not even going to talk about how clean and nice the apartments are - really beautiful, comfortable and just like the photos - even better in reality! Third - the apartment has everything you need - bedroom (with TV), bathroom, huge terrace (with sea view), and kitchen (with big fridge, hotplates, dining service, cups, plates, glasses - everything). And the house is very beautiful, with really big garden with green grass and flowers. Fourth the location is amazing! The house is near many small towns, like Afytos (10 min on foot), Kallithea (10 min on foot the other direction) and etc. Also if you are with a car, you can visit a few bigger cities like Thessaloniki (just 1 hour). So if want to have a great summer holiday on the first Halkidiki peninsula - I highly recommend Mario‘s House and we‘ll definitely visit them again!
