Excellent location, close to everything you need and an amazing view from the balcony. In fact, the website photo is misleading as there's a much better view than the one that is on the website picture. Safe and secure area so we would definitely stay again.
The staff at Reception were extremely unfriendly. We understand there is a 25 euro fee for checking in after 8 p.m however unfortunately our flight was slightly delayed so it was 8.30 when we got there. We explained this but were still charged. But all they do is hand you the keys they don't come up and show you how to use anything. And their desk is still open late into the evening so we felt this was unfair as it's not putting them out in any way and just appears to be an excuse to charge extra money. If they had to do anything extra we'd understand but they don't. As regarding the apartment there is no instructions on how to use anything, Aircon, TV etc...you have to try and figure it out yourself. The Reception staff are so unfriendly we didn't want to be asking them. The balcony furniture is very cheap, there is a tiny table only the size of a serving tray which is very unsteady, it actually comes apart!! and not much use for four people. No wine glasses, you have to buy your own. Very few clothes hangers in the wardrobes we couldn't hang up much. The chairs are also very uncomfortable out there. These are the negatives for it but it is still a nice apartment, just room for some simple improvements.

Location was perfect for the Marina and the Beach, easily accessible by foot, we did hire a car at the airport and there was a car park at the property that was first come first served basis but managed to park every time. Apartment was clean and fresh towels and linen was supplied and the kitchen was equipped enough to get by. Air Con was super efficient and well needed. The bar/pool area was nice, well kept and nice areas to sunbathe. There are no sun loungers available but i think there is a room with chairs in that belong to all the apartments, don't think there are any for room 118 though so we just used towels to lie on. Food and drink at the pool bar is very nice and reasonable.
We did book a side sea view room but we were overlooking the road and could barely see the sea in the distance so that was slightly disappointing as the photos were a little misleading as to what the view would be (photo attached shows sea view) The shower didn't work properly and flooded the bathroom, entrance to the apartment and also the corridor outside resulting in having to mop every time we showered.
