The location in the city center was great - close to the church and museums, shops and the train station. The bus to the airport is also nearby. The view from the apartment and the terrace in front of it was wonderful. The apartment is functional and has everything you need. Amenities are provided in the kitchen if needed. The hosts are polite and helpful. A suitable place from which to explore neighboring cities and interesting places around such as Keukenhof, Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
The stairs to the second floor, where the apartment was, are extremely steep, narrow and winding. It was extremely difficult and even painful to get a suitcase up there.
There is no wardrobe in the apartment, there is only one locker and a rack with 4-5 hangers, which is not convenient for clothes and luggage when staying for several days.
Unfortunately, this central location was a problem on the day of the PSV Eindhoven football title celebration, as the city was completely blocked and the metal fences started from the entrance to the apart-hotel. We could not get home for several hours. During those two days, while the fences and celebrations were being prepared, held, and dismantled, it was very noisy, dirty, and crowded on our street and throughout the central area from early morning until late at night.

Good location, you can walk your way from the train station to the property. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby
Some instructions were not clear, the text for the checkout makes reference to a "blue box" that does not exist. Lack of elevator and very narrow stairs to access the apartments in the second floor makes it difficult if you bring big luggage. There are some sections on the client area website that provide no information at all.

Great location in the city centre, with easy access on arrival (no lift though). The apartment was very clean, the bed very comfortable and all in all good value for money.
The wi-fi was very poor (less than 1mbs download) even right next to the router and, whilst not the apartment's fault, the 5G signal was not great either. The kitchen was fairly well equipped although none of the saucepans had lids so if you're thinking of cooking for yourself keep it simple (also remember there is no microwave).
