Martin is friendly and welcoming. The apartment is located close to everything and well cleaned. Perfect for a few day stop. Really good value for the money. Free parking and aircon in price. Furniture a bit oldish, and basic but for this price, it's understandable. Parking places in the shadows of the trees, also our outdoor table was covered by a canopy and beautiful plants was everywhere.

Nice Location and building in general and parking and friendly host.
Bad smell especially in the ground floor apartment. Very old beds that dont really seem clean. Sheets in one bed were dirty. There were a lot of insects and stuff in the apartment. overall u just feel not really comfortable becuse of the over all condition of the apartment. And there was not enough toilet paper. The apartment on the upper floor was a bit better though.
