Our stay in this seaside house was absolutely wonderful. The view is simply breathtaking – overlooking the sea, Italy, and even the Alps in the distance. The house is located just above the beach, in a very beautifool and quiet area surrounded by green and nature, which makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway.
A huge bonus was the free parking space. In Piran, I would easily spend around €30 per day on parking or a garage, so this was a big advantage. It only took me about 10 minutes to walk to Piran, either along the beautiful seaside path or via the upper path past the old town walls – both walks are truly scenic and enjoyable.
There are also two nearby lakes that are lovely for a stroll. They are full of turtles (turtles everywhere!) and interesting bird species, which makes the area even more special. Piran itself offers many great restaurants and charming little shops.
The house was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for a peaceful stay by the sea. I would happily come back and highly recommend it.

This house is in a truly gorgeous spot, just a short staircase down to the beach. Even when the beach is busy, the area right in front of the house feels peaceful and completely private—perfect for relaxing. Guests also have a dedicated parking space, which is very convenient.
Inside, the house has everything you could need. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living room offers absolutely stunning views. Waking up in the bedroom to the sight of the sea and mountains is simply magical—it’s the perfect way to start the day.
You’re just a 10-minute walk along the beach to reach Piran’s charming Tartini Square, and only 5 minutes to Fiesa’s main beach, where you’ll find bars and restaurants. The beach itself stretches both ways, so you can enjoy a swim either towards Piran or in the direction of Fiesa.
This is the kind of place where you can truly unwind, enjoy the scenery, and feel completely at home.

Die Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn, die Nähe zur Altstadt ca 15 Minuten Fussweg, der Garten und der eigene Parkplatz
der Strand ist mit den Steinen nicht so schön, aber hat mit der Unterkunft nichts zu tun
