For breakfast you get everything you need in the refrigerator including chocolate croissants. Its great for people who like to cook for themselves. Its also clear that the host really tried to make everything great about the apartment
The refrigerator is noisy, makes it hard to sleep if you are a light sleeper
The host is not fluent in English and it was a little bit difficult for us to figure out the parking, even with the explanation provided. When we called he just didn’t understand very simple sentences so it was hard to get help.

Emilio was the perfect host to his amazing rooms in Benevento. After walking the ViaFrancigena for 15 days it was my first rest day and everything was perfect! Delicious bakery products left every morning outside my door was the icing on the cake!

It was a good size room and the coffee was delicious. We were glad to get free parking on the street.
We noticed an unpleasant strong musty odour upon entering the room and opened the window immediately. Unfortunately, after some hours, the smell remained. There was no place anywhere to hang up our towels. Breakfast consisted of packaged sweet stuff, more suitable for dessert, and some yogurt. It would have been nice if eggs and fruits had made available in the fridge. Finally when we tried to contact the host by text and by call, we did not get a response until a long time later.

The communication with the owner was great! He even gave me names of places to find a vegan cornetto.
Great location to view the Christmas decorations and walk to bars and restaurants.
Room was small. Would not have wanted to stay longer than 2 nights. Heat centrally controlled.
