This location was excellent! We could walk easily to main attractions especially Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and Piazza del Popolo. There is a lift so great with our heavy luggage. Plenty of places to eat and shop. Local bus access from street opposite. Great coffee machine and awesome Dyson hair-dryer!!

The check in and out was seamless even at odd hours. The hotel is centrally located with one of the best breakfast areas, trevi and pantheon at walking distance. I loved their attention to detail in helping us in local commute. The pick up from the airport was also well arranged. Would love to come back.

Location is amazing, staff was very friendly, terrace was great, curtains kept the room dark, excellent hair dryer and well equipped kitchen.

Couldn't control your own air conditioning. Hot water seemed to run out in heavy shower times.

Location was great, large room that provided what you needed. For a family traveling and going to cook or have an extended stay the hotel room had space, pots and pans, refrigerator etc. Aurora at the front desk was very nice, did a wonderful job explaining what was available to us.

Hot water ran out which is unacceptable. There was some restrictions on using the heat due to what the host said was a city requirement. I come to Rome almost every year and as a matter of fact I was in Rome earlier in the week. I could raise and lower my room temperature as I desired so don’t think that is the case. Last I wish the desk was staffed earlier than 8:00. We needed a cab and it would have been convenient to have assistance from the front desk. A number was provided but not what I would have liked.
