I arrived at 5 am and no one was there even tho I texted then the day before telling them my arrival time

Great location near the pier. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and lots of activities. Only a 15 minute walk to the popular Sairee beach and Jansom Bay. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. There were a lot of reviews about inconsistent house keeping but this was not my experience as the staff cleaned my room every day. The wifi was also decent and allowed for video streaming.
The couch in the studio rooms is filthy. It is a white couch so I understand it is difficult to maintain, however it made the room feel a lot dirtier than it probably was. The bed sheets are also a bit stained and an grey colour. I imagine this is just because they are washed with darker items however it also makes the room feel dirtier.

good location, friendly staff and nice balcony.
we didn’t have our beds changed or towels cleaned, bins cleared etc at all, which isn’t ideal when it’s really hot so cold showers are frequent.
