Our room was really lovely, cosy, spacious, with our own snowy garden and was perfect for our family of 5 over the Christmas week. The staff (reception team, breakfast, restaurant, driver, house keeping) were exceptional - always helpful, friendly and supportive to deal with any queries we had. Exceptional property!!

I enjoyed absolutely everything, the staff are an absolute credit to the company. Exceptional customer service! Friendly & helpful!

Service level far below zero… nobody seemed to enjoy their job. Grumpy, no one is smiling and really not polite or nice. Bad atmosphere! - there is no cleaning or towel change for the rooms. you need to do it yourself, and ask for clean towels at the reception (this is a four star!!! hotel) - there was no shampoo or bodywash in the room, when I asked at the desk: I got the answer “that’s impossible!” But do you need it right now? I said yes… it still took them 30 minutes to get the shampoo…. Finally there… bottle was half empty! So strange… - Also in the sauna there was no refill all week for the shampoo and bodywash. You really don’t feel welcome… - the driver for the minibus (was complaining to the guests… to busy, never a day off… When I asked him if he could take me to Saalbach Center. His first answer was. No I need to pick guests up.. Allright… and then he turned the bus and said okay I can take you in 10 minutes…. Still don’t know what that was all about?! - It was a really strange place, we will absolutely not visit again!
