The location was perfect as we had a car. Ample, easy to use parking right at the property. Was walking distance to the town so did not always need the car. The kitchen/lounge room was well set out with all that we needed for a comfortable stay. The two bedrooms were a good size with plenty of space in the wardrobes. The bathroom was perfect. Iron and ironing board was great as was the heating system. From each room and the veranda the views were spectacular of the vineyards, olive groves and stone buildings - very Tuscany.
As we do travel a lot we look forward to a clothes washing machine. This property would be 11 out of 10 if there were laundry facilities.

Le contexte magnifique, les équipements et grands espaces, la literie très confortable, le décor et l'aménagement de bon goût. La région est époustouflante!
L'appartement Ginestra est plutôt ombragé, ce qui pourrait être un potentiel inconvénient si l'on voyage hors printemps-été et l'on y passe plus de temps. Ce n'était pas notre cas, je cite juste si cela peut servir à d'autres voyageurs. De même, il est fortement recommandé d'y accéder et se déplacer en voiture.

L’emplacement était fantastique, gentillesse du personnel. Le calme en pleine nature
Le ménage n’était pas fait à notre arrivée ce qui nous a un peu gâché les premières impressions mais le personnel a été très rapide et efficace

I wanted a farm house and this is what I got. It was a spectacular, beautiful home away from the quaint small town. The house is broken into apartments, so there is other life there which I did not mind at all. This place is as charming as ever. The place itself is cozy--I want to live there! I walked through the vineyard and enjoyed the peaceful area. I took a short hike to the town in the morning for breakfast at their hotel, and it was fantastic with many choices and seats looking over the vast Tuscan view. Following the directions to check-in is a must and it was easy. There is plenty of space with two full bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. I would go back in a heartbeat.
