Location is in the old town and reasonably easy to find (but would be better if the address quoted only the street on which the access door is located!). Spacious; manageable for 4 people if you put 2 on the lounge sofa bed. Bars and restaurants close by.
Worth a bit of maintenance. Toilet seat falling off. Wahing machine works but incorrectly installed- not balanced, bounces when spinning. Oven lacked internal shelves, range hood not functional.
Dining and outdoor seating rather uncomfortable.
Stairs are rather steep, wouldn’t be good for handicapped, but ok with care otherwise.
The town is awash with cats- there are few cat toilet places; beware of brining unwanted cat souvenirs in on your footwear!!
Need to get out of the Old Town area if looking for a supermarket.

Very comfortable renovated apartment in the heart of Rhodes Old Town! Clean, modern amenities including full kitchen, air conditioning, and free WiFi. Charming terrace with garden views. Prime location steps from Socratous Street and the harbor. Friendly host and quiet neighborhood.

Good location and easy to reach the port for the ferry.
Incredibly loud, the room was right on the street and you can hear every vehicle or person that comes by. You can also clearly hear your neighbours (even their conversations). We were woken up in the middle of the night because the upstairs neighbours came home and we heard every footstep they made because of the creaky floor boards - at one point it sounded like the ceiling would cave in.
The room was also very outdated and the facilities were bad, the shower was tiny and the toilet seat was broken. The kitchenette had ants walking all over the counter.
The room was dirty and we felt like we couldn’t go barefoot in the shower. I don’t blame the cleaners for the dirty room, it’s just a run down apartment that needs a renovation and is currently not worth what you pay.
