House was close to supermarkets (5 min walk) and 20 min walk to Christmas Market. Lovely neighbourhood, quiet and clean. The host made us feel comfortable, and we loved the little touches (little treats for kids). Loved the décor.

It is in a quiet area. Easy to find and easy to park. Nice big bathroom.
The exit time is too early. Also we got shouted at for being too loud and having fun singing after 11pm

Location
The accommodation was clean and well maintained. However, privacy was limited as the owner lives downstairs, and guests are required to be completely silent after 11 pm, which felt restrictive.
Although the property is advertised as non-smoking, cigarette smoke from the owner’s husband traveled into the upstairs accommodation. As an ex-smoker, this was uncomfortable. An air purifier was used during the day but was usually turned off at night, and smoke was noticeable while sleeping. Only on the last night was the air purifier left on throughout the night.
There was supposedly a welcome pack, but all items had price tags, making it unclear what was included. As a result, we did not feel comfortable using anything.
Overall, the stay did not fully match the description provided in the listing.
