Struttura in una zona tranquilla e confortevole ma centrale per raggiungere a piedi il centro storico di Sirolo e Numana. I due centri si possono raggiungere sia a piedi in 15/20 minuti sia con un bus gratuito con fermata vicina all’alloggio. Le camere sono super carine collocate in un ampio giardino e fresche dotate di ventola se fosse necessario. Proprietario davvero gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio molto comodo all’interno del giardino privato. Colazione classica e semplice, sia un po’ di dolce sia salato; i cornetti deliziosi.

Location carina ma sicuramente con tanto ancora da fare per migliorare la qualità dell’accoglienza. Camera piccola, molto minimal (neanche una sedia all’interno), tenda doccia e bagno essenziale. Sicuramente il rapporto qualità’-prezzo non congruo. Colazione molto limitata anche per la location (piccoli tavolini). Il parco esterno alla villetta curato così come il parcheggio interno. Il centro paese a 15 min a piedi (tanto non si trova da parcheggiare altrimenti) con strade prettamente in salita, ma molto carino. Sirolo sicuramente sopravvalutato rispetto a tante altre location di mare ….
La stanza sicuramente da gestire con più attenzione. Il bagno da curare ….
