Location very good for the station and Ilmenau town. Well decorated - the owner is probably very artistic, but I never met her. Key safe system worked fine and the instructions were clear, although mainly in German.
Felt a bit like being a student again. I think there needs to be a better system to get people to discard their decaying food! Locking my room for security when going to the loo or shower as I didn't know who (if anybody) was in the building. There were often other residents making noise after midnight or rising early.

Guys sitting outside (from nighbor gest rooms) were not so comforting for family. Internet was ok but not so fast (I guess below 6 Mbps)

die Einrichtung der Wohnung - sehr ruhige Lage - Parkplatz war vorhanden - kurze Wege zum Zentrum, Bahnhof
Der ständige Abflussgeruch im Bad, der trotz ständigen Lüften und spülen aller Abflüsse nicht beseitigt werden konnte.
