Villa Augusto

I have traveled all over the world, but this property has officially taken the top spot as my favorite stay. The beauty of the grounds is matched only by the warmth of the hospitality. We were treated to a lovely tour by Augusto, and the sweet welcome from his son—complete with a handmade nature crown—was a memory I will cherish. Inside, the attention to detail with the antiques and furniture is remarkable. If you stay here, be sure to crack your window in the morning; the sound of the birds is the most peaceful way to start your day. If you appreciate fine decor and genuine personal touches, this is the place to be. Located 4-5 minutes from Cortona parking. Perfect location.

Augusto is an AMAZING host. We can’t wait to come back in the summer. We ended up staying in most of the day because we were in love with the villa.

Beautiful true Tuscany experience. Augusto was absolutely amazing. He helped us with all our transportation. Even took as to a wine farm and also San Gimignano… our next destination. Absolutely amazing! His Olive Oil is the best!
