Better hospitality here than anywhere in Italy. The host goes above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Suggesting free parking location, transporting us and our luggage between our car in the free parking spot and the accommodation, providing us with tips, maps, Assisi card, bottled water and chocolate bits and so on. He even adjusted his day schedule to ensure he is available to transport us to our car when we departed. Absolutely clean place, comfy bed, en suite bathroom. We were extremely pleased with the hospitality we received and will definitely come back to this exact place the next time we return to Assisi.
There is a little bit of language barrier if you do not speak Italian but not a big issue to be honest.
