Location. Beautiful place

Possibly a little dated but still excellent.

The location, quietness, the comfortable bed, the kitchen facilities and the helpful host.

Nothing. It’s a great place to stay.

The Location was appreciated not only for the Moana view but it was the right distance away from the center of Mangonui in order to avoid noise factor. My sister was able to concentrate on her Assignment for her Degree and I could go for a walk and enjoy the quieter moments of our environment. We would definitely be looking at this accommodation as a weekend get-away in the future. There was Only 1 Point to make which I did not deem it fair to under rate our stay which was an Odour was coming from the Kitchen Sink that smelt of A Dead Rat at a guess only because the drainage area needed a Drain Cleaner to breakdown what was in the plumbing sector hence Karina and I purchased a Drain Cleaner and used it to take away the odour. I believe you may have to do it a couple of times in order to get rid of it all together. Heads Up. Thank you for your hospitality and from both of us a very much appreciated time out. Cheers Jazz.

Location was good. Good space in rooms.

Being moved at the last minutes due to an unallocated booking from booking.com (according to the owner). We had specifically booked a grand floor unit with a grass external area. 1/2 hr before arriving the owner sent a message saying he was moving us to an upstairs unit with no outdoor area (except a very small balcony) abd entrance from the back of the unit. When I used him why we were changed he claimed booking.com 's approach to taking bookings as unallocated caused the problem. I do not accept that a specific room booking should be changed and if it has to I should be given time (days) to consider alternatives. Very let down.
