Exceptional attention to detail. All of the staff were very professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The room was beautifully arranged and set up. Our breakfast was delicious. Thank you Paulo for making us feel so welcomed and comfortable during our stay. We truly felt like we were in a palace.

Location in heart of old Pavia, and unusual building were all great. Good service. Lovely room.
The earplugs left on the bedside table were a good warning of the noise to come from loud shouting from (guessing) students on their way home from an evening out on the town. Nothing violent, all good natured, but kept us awake & re-awaking us. There’s no double glazing, and it was as if they were in our room! Went on until about 3am..
