The young lady on the desk when we checked in was very welcoming and helpful.
The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The shower was nice and powerful. The breakfast was excellent, great choice of cereals and fruit, breads cheeses etc as well as eggs.
The location was a little way from the centre but the bus stop was a pleasant 15 minute walk from the hotel. The buses into the centre of Rouen are frequent An added bonus was that the buses are free on a Saturday
The towels were very small and thin and only paper cups supplied for tea/ coffee in your room. Both very minor issues considering the price we paid

Location is excellent for a stop over, easy access in the morning.
Room was nice and warm on arrival.
Comfy bed, good shower.
Breakfast was more than adequate, good selection available.
The morning staff at breakfast were so friendly and nice.
Even a gated entrance.
Recommend this place.
