The location is great and the apartment was very clean.
The communication was a bit slow because we were messaging with the host but he was sending his daughters to greet us and to deal with any issues. The arrival turned out okay although we waited about 10 minutes for them to meet us at the parking garage. The host controls the heating. A few hours after we arrived the apartment started feeling very cold. We messaged the host who contacted his daughters to come and adjust the heating. This took at least an hour. They adjusted the thermostat that controls the radiators and also gave us a controller for the reverse cycle in the bedroom. From then on it was a nice warm temperature in the bedroom but still a bit cold in the other rooms. If traveling when temperatures are more agreeable I guess this would be great value, but I wouldn’t recommend overall.
