It was easy to find and in a good location for what we wanted. Easy to get to from the train. Only about a 15 minute walk to the Pompeii Ruins.
And if you make a right out the front door. 5 minutes away was a bakery that is a must try!! Gabbiano. So yummy!
The layout for a group was a little weird. But for a single night it worked.

Communication and instruction was very good, Alfonso the manager was helpful and had good English which was most appreciated. The room had access to a roof top terrace which was amazing to use after the sun went down to watch the comings and goings of traffic and people. There were plenty of eating options nearby and a good little supermarket. A very good spot to stay for a night or two if visiting Pompeii which is a 5 minute drive away.

Great value for the cost. It was nice and close to the Pompeii ruins, which is what we were looking for. The host welcomed us and gave us his parking spot, as the parking on the street was a little tricky. . It was right across from a friendly fruit stand where we grabbed a quick fresh breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, but the extra beds not so comfortable for the kids. It was smaller than we expected, but worked fine for our family of five. The kitchen was not as clean as other places we’ve stayed, and there were intimidating messages about being fined if you did not clean the kitchen properly, and about the garbage. We were so confused, we actually just took our trash with us. Overall a good stay for what we wanted close to the Pompeii ruins.
