It's an old house, after a comprehensive remodeling. Advantages:
1. Next to the sea
2. big rooms with bathroom in every room, very comfortable for our group of 10
3. two well equipped kitchens
4. big yard (although with no fruit trees)
5. attentive host
6. comfortable parking space for 2 cars
What we did not like has to do with the area, not with the house itself.
1. In this area of Kotor bay the road is VERY narrow, Two cars can hardly share the same way in opposite directions, and the road runs next to the sea in many segments. I am a fairly good driver, so it was fine with me
2. There were several electricity black outs, each for two-three hours. I assume because of extensive use of AC during very hot days

The house was very spacious for our extended family traveling from different parts of the world. The kitchens were well equipped and the outside areas to relax in. The location is excellent right across from the water, bar oskar for a refreshing drink and a small supermarket for supplies. I couldn't recommend it enough for a large group. Communication was very good throughout.
