El costo del alojamiento
Las instalaciones tienen signos de descuido pero pueden mejorarse. No cuenta con algún área dentro de las instalaciones donde puedas pedir refresco, botanas, agua o café por lo que tienes que salir a comprar afuera pero no están tan cerca como para irse caminando.

It had a beautiful view. The room and bed were comfortable. I loved that they accepted my pets. There were 3 pools. All of the staff, except for one, were really nice and wonderful. Breakfast was pleasant.
Initially, they tried to put me in a room that was down a very steep incline. With my health issues, there was no way I could stay there. So then, they tried to charge me an extra 4,000 pesos.
The manager was rude, for absolutely no reason. She would just ignore guests, and watch videos. She would ignore me when I spoke to her.
There was a wasp nest outside of the “cabanas”.
The stairs down to the beach were unsafe - some missing; some railings missing.
Once, when I took a shower, the water shut off halfway. So I had to sit in my towel for about 20 minutes, so I could rinse off.
