Ottima posizione , praticamente e' nel centro storico di Viterbo , la Sig.ra Silvia e' gentilissima , previa mia telefonata ci ha accolto 30 minuti prima senza problemi . Ci ha spiegato dove parcheggiare gratuitamente a neanche 10 minuti di strada , tutte le mattine passava qualcuno a svuotare la pattumiera e riempirci il cestino della colazione . bagno comodo , doccia perfetta sempre acqua calda . mai sentito un rumore di notte Rappporto qualita' prezzo TOP

La posizione nel centro, La cordialità della titolare, la presenza di una zona cucina con frigo utilizzabile dagli ospiti , abbondanza di prodotti per la colazione
Letti molto scomodi e non adatti a persone alte , climatizzazione complicata e rumorosa con perdita di acqua, intonaco soffitto scrostato con distacco, all’interno della doccia presenza di muffe negli angoli per mancanza di pulizia approfondita.
