The rooms were great and so were the staff and the breakfast. We had a problem with booking that mucked up our reservation for the suite but nevertheless they helped us offering us an extra room changing a terrible situation into a splendid holiday. The place is in a ztl where you can access if you give them your car plate and the staff will look after your car. I cannot state enough times how helpful all the staff was. I highly recommend the place to everyone

Convenient location, near the station and palace. Clean...room seemed newly furnished....reasonable price.
It's not like a guest house or hotel. The owner doesn't live there, but nearby. The rooms are in an apartment block. My room was smaller than the pictures suggested.
Breakfast was in a cafe nearby and good but I wasn't sure what was included or excluded, and the staff didn't speak English/ French/Spanish or German (on the second morning there was someone who spoke English....thankfully). The owner likewise spoke only Italian, but used google translate and Whatsapp to communicate. It was ok - just took some time.

The bed was large and comfortable.
The elevator was good.
The shower was good.
The room air conditioner did not cool the room.
The elevator worked from floor 1. Our room was on 2. We had to walk up 20 steps to get to the elevator.
The parking garage key did not work.
The stairwell was well lit at night, it was dark at dusk and dangerous at times.
The host did not speak english,
