- location of the property
- easygoing host
- a balcony (we didn't use due to cold weather) but a big plus
- views of the room
- cleanliness - the bathroom floor was full of hair (not ours)
- temperature - the room isn´t isolated the best so it was quite cold even due to the A/C trying to heat it up (visited late March)

Great location a few minutes walk to the harbor or a bit longer to the old town sites.
It has a smart tv with youtube and netflix.
AC was the best ive had in the balkans!
Host was helpful.
Shower was clogged.
Street below was noisy.

If you are looking for something more quiet, you have to understand this is in the middle of everything. Us,we loved it, so it was 0 negative for us.

The apartment was in the centre. Great location, close to the lake.
There were almost no dishes - few plates, cups and only one spoon. Also no sponge or dish soap for cleaning it. There was shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. The street was a bit noisy. You can't see much of the lake from the room on the lower floor.
